What types of safety courses can I book?
You can book a wide range of safety training courses, including First Aid and CPR, Mental Health First Aid, White Card, workplace health and safety courses, online courses, and specialised training such as low voltage rescue and boat and PWC courses. Courses are available for individuals and groups
Do you offer public courses and group bookings?
Yes. Public courses are available for individuals at the Excite Safety training centre in Caringbah, NSW. For businesses or groups of six or more, we also offer group training and customised workshops delivered at your workplace or at our venue.
Where are the courses held?
Public courses are held at the Excite Safety Training Centre in Caringbah, South Sydney. Group and workplace training can be delivered on‑site at your location or at our training centre, depending on your needs.
Are online courses available?
Yes. Excite Safety offers a range of online courses, with some courses delivered fully online and others using a blended format that combines online learning with face‑to‑face assessment.
Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Yes. Participants who successfully complete their course receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment or a certificate of attendance for non accredited courses where applicable. Certificates can be accessed and downloaded through the student portal after completion.
How do I access the student or client portal?
Existing students can log in to the student portal to complete online learning or download certificates. Businesses or organisations managing group bookings can access the client portal to manage enrolments and certificates.
Can you help me choose the right course?
Of course! If you’re unsure which course is right for you or your team, the Excite Safety team can help. You can contact the team for advice on course selection, group bookings, or compliance requirements before making a booking.
Do you provide workplace safety support beyond training?
Yes. In addition to training, Excite Safety offers workplace safety and WHS consulting services. Many businesses combine safety training with WHS consulting to ensure their systems, documentation, and risk management processes are compliant and effective.
