Imagine this. You find yourself in an emergency situation and you need to call emergency services, but all you have is someone else’s phone which is pin code locked – and you don’t know the code. The emergency number for the country you are in will also work.  ( Triple zero “000” in Australia,  911 in America, 999 in the UK and so forth)IMG_3843 4. Press the green button to place the call and ask for the service you require – Police / Fire / Ambulance Strangely enough all you need is a handset with a bit of battery power and some sort of network coverage – even if the the handset has no SIM installed or if the network the handset is connected to is inactive in that area. the phone will find any available signal to put you in touch with emergency services.Please share this handy tip with your friends and family as it could just save their life
