      FAQ'S

How long is a first aid course valid for?

As per the Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines, CPR & LVR certificates should be renewed every 12 months and First Aid Certificates every 3 years.
To maintain your currency make sure you book in a new course before your existing certificate lapses. We will send all past students a courtesy reminder when thier certification is due for renewal so you can stay up to date.

      Where are you Located?

Excite Safety has a training centre located in Caringbah NSW, 2229  but we deliver courses all across NSW and Australia

Do I need to be fit to do first aid?

The only requirement for first aid is you have to be able to perform adult CPR on the floor.  If you can get down there, we can help you get back up.   If you have any specific concerns about your physical fitness to do CPR please call us before enrolling.

Can I change my enrolment after I book?

If you are unable to attend at your booked session time, you can transfer to another date or time, at any time before your session begins.    If you don’t notify us before your session begins, your enrolment will be considered a no-show and you will need to pay the enrolment fee again.

      Is your Training Room Accessible?

We are located on the first floor in a building that does not have a lift, the only access is via stairs. Unfortunately we are unable to provide wheelchair access to our training room.  We can provide training at alternate venues for students who require level access.
