Excite Safety was founded with a simple goal: to make everyday environments safer for the people who live, work, and play in them. While much of what we do focuses on safety training and workplace consulting, we know that safety doesn’t stop at the job site or the office door.
That’s why we’ve developed community programs that focus on real‑world safety, real conversations, and real people. These programs are designed to support individuals, teams, and organisations in situations where safety, wellbeing, and connection really matter.
Our approach is practical and people‑focused. We’re not about box‑ticking or theory for the sake of it — we’re about helping people learn from experience, support one another, and build safer cultures in everyday settings.

Programs
Safer Sports is focused on improving safety and wellbeing in sporting environments. The program supports clubs, coaches, volunteers, and participants by promoting safer practices, stronger awareness, and positive safety culture both on and off the field.
The aim is simple: help sport stay safe, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
After Action Connection supports people after serious incidents, critical events, or near misses. The focus is on connection, reflection, and learning — creating space for individuals and teams to talk through what happened, what was learned, and what comes next.
It’s about supporting people beyond the incident itself and helping lessons turn into meaningful improvements, without blame or pressure.
Community Donations are a simple way we support organisations and initiatives that align with our values. Where we can, we provide donations of goods, services, or expertise to help community organisations and individuals that are working to improve safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for people. It might be a couple of First Aid Course Enrolments or Kits that can be auctioned at a community event or it could be providing first aiders at a school fair or a guest speaker at an open night.
